Worthwhile training x south western railway| narrative training film

HOW IT HAPPENED

Our partners at Worthwhile Training asked us to create a narrative film for a training package for South Western Railway’s staff about assisting disabled customers. We’ve worked with Nicole Vazquez and the wonderful team at Worthwhile for nearly a decade now, creating compelling narrative films that are used to educate on a range of topics from counter terrorism to disability awareness and beyond.

We created this - and our other projects together - with the assistance of the disabled service users of the railways to make sure that they felt well represented and that it was a fair reflection of their experiences of travel - both good and bad.

For this shoot we spent a day at Waterloo Station filming a scenario to demonstrate where treatment of disabled customers can go wrong to help staff to see areas to look out for.

WE COULDN’T HAVE DONE IT WITHOUT…
